Participants: Only the individuals named in the purchased experience will be permitted. No additions can be made after purchase. Dress Code: Closed-toed shoes are mandatory for access. No shoes, no entry. Schedule Variability: Event times and components are subject to change without prior notice. Track Walks are dependent on the weather. Road 2 Recovery is not responsible for Track Walk delays or cancellations due to weather conditions. Liability Release: A signed Liability and Publicity Release is required at the R2R booth on the day of the event. Day of Event Updates: All updates, including day-of changes, will be emailed to the buyer's provided address on their MX Locker account.
