To install the internal throttle, it is necessary to cut off the handlebar. Since this is associated with some measurement work and skill, we have designed this useful helpful little tool to facilitate this step. You simply measure the appropriate length of the handlebar, clamp the drilling-cutting gauge and make a cleanly guided, straight cut. Then still clamped in the vice, set the holes by means of the supplied drill at the specified holes and you're done!
