Avoids overextending and or bending of the chain adjuster bolts Axle lug flats were rotated to the horizontal position to tighten tolerances Index Marks allow for rotation of the axle blocks for running a shorter wheelbase. Eliminates axle movement shifting when running a longer wheelbase. Improves tracking and stability.
