Transform the front suspension of your KLX140 with the JTI Conversion Triple Clamps, engineered to allow the installation of high-performance USD (inverted) forks from Yamaha YZ85, YZ65, and Kawasaki KX85/KX100 models.

Designed specifically for the KLX140 platform, these clamps provide the correct geometry and offset required to properly integrate motocross-grade suspension components. The result is dramatically improved front-end performance, increased braking capability, and a more confidence-inspiring ride.

Built for Serious Suspension Upgrades

The JTI conversion clamps allow you to install complete YZ85 or YZ65 front ends including forks, wheel, brake system, front fender, and number plate. They are also compatible with KX85/KX100 forks, wheels, and brakes, opening the door to multiple high-performance front-end combinations.

With this conversion, riders can run larger brake rotors (up to 260mm) and dual-piston calipers, providing braking performance far beyond the stock KLX140 setup.

Precision CNC Machined Construction

Each clamp is CNC machined from 6061 and 7075 billet aluminum for superior strength, rigidity, and precise fork alignment. The clamps feature partially split upper and lower designs with opposing clamp directions, providing exceptional clamping force while maintaining structural integrity.

Adjustable Rider Ergonomics

The integrated bar clamp system provides 8 handlebar mounting positions to dial in your cockpit setup.
