WARRANTY

Our parts are guaranteed to be in working condition at the time of installation.
We do not warranty parts against misuse, abuse, or improper installation.

PAYMENT

Payment is due at checkout.
We only accept payments through MX Locker’s secure system. No exceptions.
Accepted methods include PayPal, credit, or debit cards via MX Locker.

SHIPPING

Orders ship to the address provided at checkout. We cannot change the address after purchase.
Most items ship via UPS Ground.
Packages under 1 pound ship via USPS Ground Advantage.
Large or bulky items require a physical address (no P.O. Boxes). If one isn’t provided, we’ll attempt to contact you. If not resolved, we reserve the right to cancel the order if USPS costs exceed UPS rates.
Tracking is uploaded to MX Locker automatically.
Overnight shipping is available Monday–Friday. Overnight shipping & Saturday delivery by UPS is available at an added cost. Message us before purchasing to arrange overnight delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We only ship internationally through the MX Locker Global Shipping Program.

We do not alter values, mark items as gifts, or falsify customs documents.

HANDLING TIME & PICKUP

Our goal is to ship most orders within one business day, Monday–Friday.
Most orders placed before 12pm eastern will ship the same day.
Free local pickup is available Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 4 PM.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns on electronics. No exceptions.
All electronic components are tested prior to sale. Due to the nature of these parts, we cannot verify their condition once installed or altered.
This applies to but is not limited to: ECUs, ECMs, CDIs, control boxes, speedometers, wire harnesses, and more.
