One Of A Kind Signed "Jeff Ward" 1984 Kawasaki Rear Fender From His Historical Los Angeles Coliseum Win. This will also include an uncut sheet of Hi-Flyers Promo Cards , which includes Jeff Ward and other greats. As well as a few other Jeff freebies from my youth. I spent about a month with the team here at MX Locker discussing my life as a child in Southern California in Anaheim 714 for life and definitely not silver spoons. Just a kid that rode the bus to the beach, skateboarded and BMX'ed around the streets, and did all the things us SoCal GenX kids did from that grid. To include engagement of my family to the sport for decades from riding pro, to media today still with my cousin Steven, and my father on track design that included on site supervision and expertise. The team at MX Locker and I stand for 100% authenticity of this actual fender, as well as the signature by Jeff Ward in his Team Box Truck back then. Throughout the 1980s and 1990s my father was the lead engineer and designer of tracks directly for Mike Goodwin, and sometimes Mickey Thompson, and eventually in the 90s with Roger DeCoster for the Moto Des Nations. Roger would hold its first event in America at Glen Helen in the San Bernardino desert of California far from Belgium in the early 90s. That track design was the highlight of a career for my father, and even made it to the EA release of Supercross Circuit with Jeremy McGrath on the cover in the early 2000s. I would say except for myself giving my father the idea to run the dirt up the seats and around the torch at the Coliseum home of the 1984 Olympics where Bruce lit the torch flame after running into the Coliseum. That year also held the Super Bowl of Motocross and my idea stemming from a childhood playing Excitebike.....LOL inside this same venue. This event resurfaces in 2024 and will be happening again at the same historical Los Angeles Coliseum. Probably none of the new obstacles my father used to throw at the teams and riders like sometimes adding sand or water in between jumps which could be seen at Anaheim Stadium, and some of the other events across the series back then. My father chose to think outside the box and I am grateful for all the opportunities I had to be next to him growing up in that environment. To be honest as we're older now we are not that close anymore, but being in the Motocross and Supercross Series, as well as in the family of riders for decades I have seen it all. I had the privilege to be around some of the greatest of all time, who now line the walls of the Hall of Fame in Ohio. I also spent decades seeing some of the innovators of the sport evolve it to what it is today with the help of Monster Energy in Corona....that's right 909!!! Plus all the companies that make the sport what it still is today. If you have any doubt about this piece I cannot assist you from here, because there is nothing more I could add to authenticate the fender, the signature,or the experiences.
